It is our understanding that Ballard Gas is ending their service to your park in the near future. Please be advised that we are in a position to once again service your park. We have serviced your park in the past, but we were asked to leave when an over whelming amount of residents switched to Ballard because of the special deals that they offered. Thus, it was a more prudent business decision to concentrate our efforts in other areas. We are presently serving Casa Del Sol, Mountain Lakes, Golden Village, and Mountain Shadows RV parks in Hemet. We carry $1,000,000 liability coverage. Our insurance carrier is Travelers Insurance. Our agent is F. Our service has changed over the past years. We deliver once a week during the cold months and every second week during the summer. We have found it to be more efficient to service our customers through a call in system. Customers will need to call in by the 4:00 pm the day prior to delivery. We almost always return calls to confirm delivery. We are unable to give exact delivery times. We only deliver to motor homes with fixed, un-detachable LP tanks, customers with 25 gallon tanks or also called 100# cylinders, and 50 gallon tanks.

It is also our understanding that Ballard Gas is allowing their customers to purchase their leased tanks for a reasonable fee. We strongly recommend that people take full advantage of that opportunity.

We charge $45 per year to rent a 50 gal tank. The tank has a percentage guage. We directly fill the tank. We charge $45 set-up fee for delivery and setting the tank. There is a 20 gallon minimum delivery per tank when the tank is located behind or on the side of the home; otherwise there is a 10 gallon minimum. Under California law, because of the size of the tank, and if it is the homeowner’s permanent residence, there is no sales tax charged on the fuel delivered into a 50 gallon tank or any other tank larger than 9 gallons. To qualify for renting a tank from us, the homeowner must agree to purchase at least 100 gallons per year.

For very-low usage customers (less than 100 gallons per year) we will fill customer owned 25 gallon tanks (the same size of tank that Ballard Gas presently rents, we do not fill rented tanks). We do sell 25 gallon tanks for $125 each delivered.

As of today, our price per gallon is $3.75 per gallon plus sales tax if applicable. We also charge a governmental compliance fee of $4.75 per delivery (this fee is a combination of the various fees that federal, state, county, and local government agencies impose upon us to deliver propane). Because of market conditions, propane prices will and do change without notice.
